Carlos called me the same day I put in a request for a quote, and came out the following morning to measure. He was on-time, personable, and did everything he said he would. Within a few days, we had a quote that was less than the other two we got. Ultimately that’s not why we went with Carlos. We went with him because I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he was being totally honest with me about what he couldn’t do - not making promises he couldn’t keep. We have had other stamped concrete jobs and this was is absolutely perfect. 10/10 - no notes. Our other stamped concrete has low area where water pools. This one is perfect. I wish I would have called Carlos a few years ago, but will definitely use him for all things concrete going forward.
